Product Overview
FCST-TH-SMC14 Telecom Manhole Chamber is meticulously engineered to offer comprehensive protection, storage, equipment installation, and maintenance solutions for the underground placement of optical fiber splice closures and cable products. The bottom is equipped with a base plate with drainage holes. Each side of the lower plate has one 125mm and two 50mm pre-drilled holes, each with a cap. Pre-drilled holes are compatible with other pipe diameter ranges and can be drilled on-site.
Product Advantages
Service life can reach 30 years.
Depth can be stacked according to requirements.
Lightweight design using SMC composite materials.
Internal Dimensions: 800*800*1020mm (31"x31"x40.16")
Prefabricated structures reduce on-site installation costs by 80%.
Complies with ANSI/SCTE 77 2017 and EN124 Standard .(Tier22/B125)
Transverse and vertical cross stiffeners are arranged around the outer side of the shaft, also be closely combined with the rammed soil layer. It is not easy to move and loosen after rolling.
Why FCST-TH-SMC14 Passes the Toughest Tests

Ordering Information

Note:The practical application of this Composite Manhole Chamber, covering many fields such as municipal administration, electric power, electricity, water , road administration, and drainage. On each side of the product. The size of the drill hole can be adjusted at the construction site according to the actual size of the HDPE Silicon Pipe/HDPE Micro-duct.
FAQ
1.When Should I Use a Manhole Instead of a Junction Box?
The choice depends on cable size, installation depth, and maintenance requirements.
Use a Junction Box When:
The installation is relatively shallow.
It serves as a cable pulling point or small splice location.
All maintenance can be performed from ground level.
Use a Manhole When:
Large trunk cables are installed underground.
The network requires frequent inspections or maintenance.
Technicians need physical access to the enclosure.
Engineering Tip:
Many utility standards require manholes at major cable intersections, directional changes, or long conduit runs to reduce cable pulling tension and simplify maintenance.
2.What Load Ratings Do Your Composite Manholes Meet?
Our products are tested in accordance with BS EN 124 and relevant international standards.
Available load classes include:
Load Class | Load Capacity | Typical Application |
A15 | 15 kN (1.5 Tons) | Gardens, pedestrian areas |
B125 | 125 kN (12.5 Tons) | Sidewalks, parking areas |
C250 | 250 kN (25 Tons) | Kerbside and roadside drainage |
D400 | 400 kN (40 Tons) | Roads, highways, industrial zones |
3. What tests do manhole inspection chamber undergo before leaving the factory?
1.Material sampling inspection.
2.Dimensional measurements.
3.Appearance flatness inspection.
4.Load-bearing stress test.
5.Trial installation.
4.How Are Products Packaged for International Shipping?
We typically recommend disassembling the plates of each part and placing them on trays, which can be packaged together based on the same size components, or according to a set of telecom manholes.
