1.Outer protection tube blocked

a. Clean the outer protective tube: blow sponge balls into the HDPE duct to remove accumulated water and dust that block along the air blown fiber duct; survey the location of obstacles in the outer protective tube and remove them.

 

2.HDPE fiber optic conduit an't blow

a. Check whether the air blowing equipment is operating normally.

b. Check whether the air blowing accessories of the micro duct air blowing machine meet the requirements of the outer protection tube, the outer diameter of the micro duct and the quantity of the air blowing micro conduit.

 

3.The air blowing distance of the micro duct is not enough

a. Check whether the outer protective tube is pre-lubricated.

b. Check whether the outer protective tube is damaged.

c. Check whether the outer protection tube is clean.

d. Check whether the direct buried microduct seal is intact.

e. Check whether the size of the micro duct matches the outer protective duct.

f.Check whether the blowing location is suitable.

4.Air blown fibre microduct blowing speed is slow

a. Check whether the outer protective tube is pre-lubricated.

b. Check whether the micro duct seal is intact.

c. Check whether the size of the micro duct matches the outer protective duct.

5.Micro conduit damaged during laying

a. Check whether the subduct laying path is normal.

b. Check whether the working pressure of the air blowing equipment is normal such as fiber blowing machine.

c. Check whether the micro duct is always filled with internal air pressure during the air blowing process.

d. Check whether the thrust of the device exceeds the designed micro duct tensile load.

 

6.Underground micro cable can't blow

a. Check whether the air blowing equipment is working properly.

b. Check whether the air blowing accessories of the micro duct air blowing machine meet the requirements of the fibre blowing microduct.

 

7.Micro cable blowing distance is not enough

a. Check whether the telecom duct pipe are penetrated and processed.

b. Check whether the micro duct seal is intact.

c. Check whether the micro air blown fiber size matches the micro duct.

d. Check whether the air blowing micro cable size matches the micro duct.

e. Check whether the cable jetting mode is correct.
