01. Appearance requirements:
Fiber optic cable connector box should be complete shape, no hair piercing, bubbles, cracking and voids, no warping, no impurities and other defects. All background colors should be uniform and continuous.

02. Optical properties: The remaining optical fiber in the cable connector box is coiled in the fiber placement device, and the fiber optic joint should have no obvious additional attenuation in the operation of the cable connector box installation and use.（Test results：Comply with）
03. Sealing performance: Cable connector box in accordance with the specified operating procedures after packaging, the cable connector box inflatable pressure for 100kpa±5kpa, soaked in the normal temperature of the water container stable observation 15min should be no bubble escape, or stable observation 24h barometer indication no change.
Test results：No bubbles escaping.
04. Re-encapsulation Performance: The cable connector box is tested after repeated three packages in accordance with the prescribed operating procedures. The inflatable pressure in the cable connector box is 100kpa±5kpa, soaked in the water container at room temperature stable observation 15min should be free of bubbles to escape, or stable observation 24h barometer indication no change.
Test results：No bubbles escaping.
05. Immersion test:
Fiber optic cable connector box in accordance with the specified operating procedures after packaging, soaked in 1.5m deep at room temperature water 24h, fiber optic cable connector box should not be in the water.
Test results：No water in the connector box.
06. Insulation Resistance: The cable connector box is encapsulated according to the prescribed operating procedures, and after soaking in 1.5m deep water, the insulation resistance between the metal components at both ends of the cable connector box and between the metal members and the ground is not less than 2x10^4Mω.
07. Voltage resistance:
Operating procedures package, sunk into 1.5m deep water soaking 24h, fiber optic cable connector box at both ends of the metal components, metal components and the ground between 15KV DC action, 1 minutes do not penetrate, no flying arc phenomenon.
