Optical cable jetting also called “Fiber Cable Blowing” is a highly efficient method for laying underground optical cables. However, to ensure a smooth process, several preparations must be made before the actual cable jetting begins.

Fiber cable blowing technology is a popular optical cable laying technology. The high-pressure and high-speed airflow generated by the air compressor and the microduct conduit or air blowing fiber are sent into the pre-layed silicone tube through cable jetting machine. Silicone tube protection can greatly reduce the friction coefficient between optical cables and conduits, greatly increase the length of a single laying. However, encountering blockages during this process is a common challenge that needs to be handled promptly and efficiently.
