Installation Instructions
The construction of the telecom manhole chamber should be carried out strictly in accordance with relevant standards. Read and follow
all instructions, precautions and warnings contained in this document before using the product. 1.Prepare the fiber optic telecom handhole to be installed
Before starting to install the product, you need to prepare the hexagon wrench, manhole cover hook, manhole cover key, wrench, matching screws.

2. FTTx Access Chamber side panel installation
Assemble the front and rear baffles vertically (pay attention to aligning the holes during assembly). After assembly, put the stainless steel nut into the fixed slot, put the stainless steel bolt into the nut, and tighten it with a hexagonal wrench.

3.Manhole chamber cover installation
Stand the manhole cover upright, put the stainless steel bolt that comes with the manhole cover into the groove screw hole, tighten the stainless steel nut with a wrench, and then cover the cover with the manhole cover hook.

4. The duct access chamber kit room anti-theft installation
Take out the triangular anti-theft stainless steel bolts and put them into the manhole cover screw holes. Use the matching manhole cover key to fix the two triangular bolts.

5.Punch hole installation
On each side of the product.The size of the drill hole can be adjusted at the construction site according to the actual size of the HDPE Silicone Pipe/HDPE Microduct.

Construction Process
1. Dig the roadbed
Before the construction, determine the depth of the fiber cable vault buried, determine the well location, break the pavement structure, dig out the soil, the edge of the foundation pit using artificial chisel, to ensure that the edge of the foundation pit neat, smooth, solid.

2. Pour cement
Clean the bottom of the foundation pit, infiltrate the bottom with water before pouring, and pour a layer of concrete to prevent settlement. The dimensions of the bottom edge of the Manhole Chamber with the length to width ratio of concrete are 150mm and the thickness is 50-100mm.

3. Lay gravel layer
Gravel is laid on the concrete, and the thickness of gravel is about 50mm, which is convenient for the water in the Manhole Chamber to exit.

4.Install the Manhole Chamber
After the main body of the Manhole Chamber is assembled, put it into the pit position smoothly, and adjust the height of the top surface of the well seat to be flush with the ground elevation.

5.Manhole Chamber opening and threading
Select an appropriate alloy hole opener according to the size of the thread to be threaded in the side wall of the Manhole Chamber, and then thread.

6. Backfill
Backfill the excavated soil or sand into the well pit, and use a tamping machine to tamp the backfill soil. (See installation for the elevation of the compacted backfill from the ground Schematic diagram).

7. Secondary concrete pouring
Pour concrete around the Manhole Chamber Frame so that the concrete is at ground level.
