On August 3, 2023, the Revenue Department of the Ministry of Finance of India issued a notification No. 07/2023-Customs (ADD), stating that it accepts the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India’s May 5, 2023 regulations on imports from China, Indonesia, and South Korea.
