FCST03308 distribution box is specially used for fiber splicing occasions. LC/SC can reach 48 cores, and ST/FC can reach 36 cores. It is equipped with C-type fusion splicing trays, each tray has 24 cores. SR2C1 adopts full cold-rolled plate box body, the front baffle is 1.2 cold-rolled plate, the upper cover and bottom box are 1.5 cold-rolled plate, and the bracket is 2.0 cold-rolled plate. The upper cover and the bottom box are connected by two 3-section steel ball slide rails on the side. The front baffle is connected to the bottom box through two 6.4 locks. The rotation is realized by two shafts riveted on the side of the bottom box. The panel bracket is fixed on the bottom box by two countersunk screws on the side and four round head screws on the bottom. The center of the bottom box is fixed to the C-type fusion splice tray by two countersunk screws.


FCST03308 finished product size: 430*327*43.6mm, 3-section slide rail axial distance is 220mm; distance from front bezel to panel bracket is 89.2mm; distance from bottom box bottom to panel bracket is 218.3mm. The cable inlet is two waterproof connectors, PG13.5 and PG21. The outlet cable is two 20*50mm waist-shaped holes on both sides of the bottom box.


The FCST03308 is mounted on a rack or chassis via two side brackets, with a standard width of 19 inches. The two brackets are slotted, and the installation depth can be adjusted arbitrarily through four M4 round head screws.

3.Paste the cable management ring on the bottom box. Considering the bending radius of the pigtail, it should be pasted as far as possible on the outside

4.Press all the pigtails into the cable management rings on both sides, cover the front baffle, and push the bottom box back to its place
