In October 2022, Qatar telecom operators adopted the micro-channel EPFU produced by FCST to complete the air-blown fiber to the home project of the entire residential building in the community. This FTTH air-blown fiber to the home project is a successful EPFU case in which FCST uses air-blown fiber technology as the construction technology of cable Blowing in the building in Qatar.

After the construction is completed, the attenuation of optical fiber does not exceed 0.03dB through the special test instrument. The retest was carried out in November 2022, and there was almost no attenuation change of optical fiber, and the optical fiber signal was transmitted stably.

This product is for FTTH special cable used in air blowing. The outer sheath has special grain design, with excellent air blowing performance, to meet the complex construction environment of optical fiber into the home. The product core number is 2-12 cores, the product diameter range is 1.15-1.65mm. The conventional optical fiber types are G652.D and G657 series. The loss of 1310nm wavelength has a small residual of 0.4dB/km, and the loss of 1550nm wavelength has a small residual of 0.4dB/km.
